I did this after an Iraqi reporter tossed a shoe at president Bush. The reporter missed. Then I started thinking, what would it take for him not to miss? All you need is target training and understanding shoe airflow dynamics. It was the holiday and I had some free time. The best part was coming up with the title.

Do I need to bring my own shoes or will some be provided? Could you please provide a list of best shoes for causing the most amount of thrust and lest amount of scoffing.
